We are sharing our experience and information to encourage others to consider Wildlife Management over agricultural practices if possible.

What is Wildlife Management Valuation?

This is information will be related to the Texas state codes and regulations for converting your agricultural land to Wildlife Management status.

The state of Texas offers a program to convert land that is valuated for agricultural purposes. The key factor is the land must be labeled as Agricultural status, before you can convert it to Wildlife Management status.
